Email conversion strategy and sequences for B2B and D2C brands.
16 years of direct response. I build the email strategy and sequences that run after someone subscribes, so they stay engaged, eventually buy, and keep buying.

How I think
Most email programs have the same problem.
Someone builds a welcome sequence, throws in a discount, maybe an abandon cart message, and calls it a lifecycle strategy.
When you throw sh*t at the lifecycle wall to see what sticks, it destroys your ROAS.
It's a shame to see a company with great products throw money at ads to bring people in, and then not convert on the back end.
If your return on ads isn't where you want it to be, this is the gushing leak to plug today.
People don't opt in for fun.
They opt in because they have a problem to solve. But ten minutes later, when their phone rang, their kid needed something, and three other brands caught their eye...
They forget about you as the solution to that problem.
If your welcome email doesn't remind them why they showed up in the first place, the same 15% discount they're seeing everywhere isn't gonna do the trick.
I map where the reader is psychologically at each point.
Then I figure out what happens when they don't buy. What their next 24 hours look like. What competition they're comparing you to and what might make them choose them instead.
And then I write the emails that address the things that make them hesitate. The sticking points that keep them from moving forward.
If you're feeling this same gap in your email program, reach out and I'll show you how I'll fix it.
20 minutes and you walk away with a strategy built on human behavior and persuasion.
How I work
Most email problems aren't copy problems. They're thinking problems. The wrong message sent to the right person at the wrong moment in their journey does nothing.
I come from 16 years of direct response. That means I think about where the reader is psychologically at every point in a sequence. What's making them hesitate. What objection is sitting in the back of their head. What it takes to move them forward without pushing them away.
I work as a contractor, which means no headcount, no hiring risk, and no 90-day ramp. You get the work running while your search continues, or instead of it.
I write it, build it, and deploy it.
